There is an almost unlimited number of pasta products. First of all, the exterior, the noodle shape. Everyone knows typical shapes such as spaghetti, spirals, spaetzle and ribbon noodles – do you also know more exclusive shapes such as strickli, radiatori or castellane?
At Armbruster, we produce over 70 of these different pasta shapes. Then there is the choice of ingredients: Made from durum wheat semolina or spelt semolina, with spices, with or without egg.
The importance of know-how cannot be overestimated: Only with experience and quality awareness can pasta of the highest quality be produced.
